Hard work pays off
Imagine getting up at 4 a.m., spending days and days in the rain, hiking through the forest for kilometres, and putting up with clouds of blackflies and mosquitoes. None of it is easy to describe, but the sense of accomplishment my team and I feel coping with all that is even more difficult to put into words: it’s really something you have to experience. And, after all, there’s always a cozy house waiting for us at the end of the day.
